This causes the electrons inside the metal material to move in an alternating direction, creating an electron eddy. The electrons fiercely knock against each other, which produces heat and increase the temperature inside the furnace until it reaches the melting point of the metal.
Thyristor serial-connected resonant medium frequency induction melting furnace is provided with capacitor inside the power supply cabinet, and this capacitor is serially connected with the induction ring inside the furnace body.
